We are aware that different people have different preferences around how their Padel rating is shown. There are three common systems in Padel:
- Level - our own maths based system where a player twice as good has twice the level. In many ways, this is the clearest and cleanest as long as you're not already more familiar with one of the ones below! Ranges from around 100 for a beginner right up to 100,000 for the top pros!
- 1-7 - As used by Playtomic and is well known. A logarithmic view which ranges from 1 for a beginner up to 7 for the pros.
- 1-10 - Popular in the Scandinavian countries. Similar to 1-7 but scales up to 10. 10 covers much of the pro range so this is really only intended for the rest of us.
All calculations of your rating will always be based on our levels, see our What are Levels FAQ for more details, but we are keen to provide a view that works best for you. You can switch between which ratings scale you see in the footer.
We will default to showing the rating system you are most likely familiar with based on your geography and match history i.e. if you have Swedish matches we'll default to 1-10. You can always change it.
