A community is a group of players who have something in common and the community page gives you a lot of cool information for that community:
- Rankings.
- Most improved player.
- Recent match results.
- Test of the month leader boards (for squash)
- Win streaks.
- News posts from the community admin. These can be made up of text, pictures and even Youtube links.
See this page for more information about communities in general.
Most of the communities on our system are generated automatically such as for clubs, regions, federations, organisations etc., but it's also great to be able to add your own community for your friends or any group of players that you like. If you are a coach, for instance, you might want to create a community of the players you are coaching.
Anyone with premium membership can create their own community. It's a two step process:
- Go to the community add page, enter the name of your community and click add.
- That will take you to your community management page where you can add the players
As soon as you have added players to your community it will be live and available. You will see it listed in the 'Select community' pull-down list at the top of the page on desktop and the 'My communities' page linked from the 'My membership' menu section on mobile.
As you are the community admin you can send out posts to all your players.
You can return to the community admin page to add/remove players at any time
